**Our Client**

WHN is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profit Commission. We own a friendly purpose-built Health Centre committed to providing holistic medical care for our patients. The practice is situated in the picturesque wheatbelt location of Northam.

**The Role**
- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative, clinical and reception functions of the practice
- Business planning, including developing and implementing strategies to achieve practice goals and financial benchmarking
- Managing the employee lifecycle of clinical and non-clinical practice staff
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports as directed
- Leading, coaching and motivating a team to reach the practice goals Developing and monitoring systems, processes and procedures
- Implementing changes and improvements to clinical and non-clinical processes if necessary.

**You**
- +2 years experience in medical practice as a Team Leader or Practice Manager

- Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and professionally
- High level attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional and positive communication skills which are team focused for connecting with the greater patient population and the fabulous practice team
- Happy to work at reception and support reception staff if clinic demand requires it.
- Up to date COVID-19 vaccination, Working With Children Check & Police Clearance
