**Business Coordinator**
- **Pay rate: $60 -66.18 per hour + super**:

This large NSW Government Agency is seeking an experienced business coordinator for a temporary contract.

You will need to provide timely, effective and high-level administrative, coordination and related support services to meet the needs of the business.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Manage small projects or related project tasks
- Identify and contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined administrative and business processes
- Co-ordinate meetings, workshops, seminars and conferences as necessary, including catering, room and equipment set up, distributing material, liaising with speakers and attendees and clean up.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support for stakeholder meetings including compilation and distribution of agenda papers, provision of reports and liaising with external organisations
- Provide confidential executive support to the Director including preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations
- Manage the Director’s diary to ensure urgent matters are prioritised
- Research and support/or coordinate initiatives, projects and programs across the broader Branch when required
- Administrative services to support the needs of the team/unit
- Respond to multiple and complex enquiries in a timely and effective manner

**Skills & Experience**
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sector and Department business and administrative policies
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Manage workload in a high pressure and high volume work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment
- Enthusiastic with an ability to plan and prioritise to meet competing demands and unforeseen issues
- Able to operate with a degree of autonomy
- Possess a high level of sensitivity when dealing with members of the public
- Experience in providing support and coordination to senior level management on a broad range of administrative, financial, accounting and HR processes and procedures.
- Advanced experience with MS Suite, electronic document management systems
