**_ The position_**

This role is a key player in a small and experienced team of change practitioners. The position is at the forefront of enabling our people and our business to adapt, grow, and succeed in today's environment. You will work on key programs and projects to achieve better Scheme outcomes through implementing the full range of change deliverables all while ensuring change is leader led.

**_ This role will be full-time fixed term contract for 2 years._**

**_ About you_**

You are a highly capable change practitioner with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple organisational projects where your role was a hands-on one. You possess excellent engagement and communication skills, can build trusting relationships and develop a quick rapport with a variety of stakeholders. Being a team player, and having mental fitness and resilience will be key to your success in this role. Change certification and extensive experience is also a must.
