About the Role

As a vital member of the People and Organisational Development (POD) team, reporting to the Senior Consultant in Organisational Development, you will play a pivotal role in implementing comprehensive Organisational Development (OD) strategies to support the organization's people-centric initiatives. Through your involvement, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the University to enhance organisational capabilities, focusing on areas such as organizational culture, leadership enhancement, coaching, and managing change.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology) and extensive practical experience
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing organisational development strategies and programs (preferably within a large, complex organization), including enhancing leadership skills, molding organizational culture, coaching, and change facilitation
  • Adept at utilizing appropriate tools to assess and reinforce organizational health, with demonstrated experience in designing and executing interventions at individual, team, and organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to craft and present insightful strategic reports
  • Demonstrated coaching and facilitation skills, evidenced by effective interpersonal and presentation aptitude, and the capability to engage and influence staff and leaders at various organizational tiers
