**Job Summary**

People and Performance have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Organisational Development Consultant to join the team and lead a range of organisational development initiatives in a changing and dynamic environment.

You will have the opportunity to work with the Executive Leadership Team and senior leaders across DTF in identifying and implementing strategies to improve individual, branch and agency performance.

Working in a collaborative team environment, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with organisational leaders in the department to ensure programs and initiatives to build capability and performance are aligned to business needs and drive business outcomes.

The role is also responsible for the provision of organisational development related psychological services across the department, including:

- Psychometric assessment administration, interpretation, reporting and feedback
- One-on-one coaching and consulting

**Special Conditions**

Some out of hours work may be required. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required. The incumbent may be required to be assigned to another position at the same classification level across the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF). The incumbent will be required to participate in DTF’s Performance Management Program.

**Job Status**

Temporary up to 12 months, with a possibility of an extension
