About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Consultant of Organisational Development, you will play a crucial role in the People and Organisational Development team, contributing directly to the implementation of our people strategy through comprehensive Organisational Development initiatives. Collaborating with various individuals across the University, you will enhance the organisational capacity in key areas such as organisational culture, leadership development, coaching, and change management.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology) and extensive work experience
  • Experience in creating and/or executing organisational development strategies and initiatives, particularly in a large, multifaceted organisation, involving the enhancement of leadership skills, organisational culture, coaching, and change management
  • Proficiency in utilizing suitable tools to assess and reinforce the organizational health, including a track record of designing and implementing organisational development interventions at individual, team, and organisational levels
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, along with advanced capabilities to develop and present analytical and strategic reports
  • Proven coaching and facilitation skills, demonstrated through interpersonal and presentation abilities, effectively engaging and influencing employees and leaders at various levels within an organisation
