Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of an innovative Council seeking to make a positive difference in the community you support? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team.

Located on the lower North Shore, our leafy suburbs have a vibrant and diverse village atmosphere. We aim to provide "best value" services and facilities to the community whilst ensuring a sustainable future.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for delivering high quality customer service for the organisation, by being the primary point of contact to citizens, local businesses and other customers of Council at the Customer Service Centre. You will ensure effective and efficient practices are in place, quality standards are maintained and promote a positive image of Council.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in a frontline customer service role, with proven effective complaints handling, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills;
- High level communication skills in both written and verbal formats;
- Ability to work autonomously in addition to effectively contributing to a team.
