**The role**:

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy front desk
- Act as the highly professional first point of contact, welcome and register staff, visitors and guests
- Communicate with stakeholders effectively and make quick decisions
- Provide support to the Facilities Manager with requests and building management
- Answer phone calls efficiently and politely, ensuing you are providing strong customer service at all times
- General admin support to the wider business when required

**Skills & Desirable**:

- Previous reception or office coordinator experience
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to be proactive and think critically
- Excellent attention to detail
- Happy to step up, and keen to learn
- Self-confident and can work autonomously
- Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- High standard of personal presentation
