**Customer Insights Coordinator - Regional Sydney**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This exciting role is accountable for supporting the delivery of implementation of Hume’s Customer Experience Strategy through the translation of data into insights, and the delivery of customer focused projects.

In addition to this the Customer Insight Coordinator will work with key stakeholders from across the business to produce and disseminate customer insights aligned with organisational priorities and the needs of Hume Customers. They will work with business units to understand their needs and capture requirements that inform the ongoing development of the Customer Voice Program, while proactively identifying opportunities for improvements and working with teams to take positive action from customer insight.

The Customer Insights Coordinator will play a key role in all customer engagement opportunities and reporting, including providing input to reports prepared for the Customer Experience Committee and the Board.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

- Knowledge and experience of customer experience service design and delivery
- Experience in delivering quality customer services and implementing process improvements in a high-volume work environment
- Understand of and capacity to relate to people from a diverse range of social and culture background including those with complex needs.
- Good communication and writing skills or organisational accuracy
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills

A background in Housing is strongly desirable but not a necessity. Hume is a values driven company, so it’s important that you share our values.
