Regents Park, Australia Concept Recruitment Specialists Full time

**Fulltime 12 month fixed term contract**:

- **Located Regents Park**:

- **Monday to Friday + WFH**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Handle invoicing and billing for clients, including tracking payments and following up on overdue invoices
- Review and amend contracts for customers
- Perform data entry duties
- Read and understand contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Cross check quotes to ensure accuracy and fairness
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Assist in other administrative duties

**To be considered for this role you will possess the following**:

- Minimum 1 years experience in Administration or similar role
- Knowledge and understanding of reading/amending contracts is desirable but not necessary
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have strong attention to deal
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Be motivated, fast-moving and driven person
