Ticketing Coordinator

At Tennis Australia (TA) plans are underway to deliver our summer of tennis for 2024 The Australian Open will be back and we’re looking for a Ticketing Coordinator to join our team until the first week of February 2024.

About the role
- Reporting into the _
- Manager of Ticketing_
- , in this role you will:_
- Utilise systems and software such as Archtics (Ticketmaster Ticketing System), and all MS Office programs with a particular emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint
- Assist with management of ticketing inventory for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate the processing of payments and ticket orders and requests, as well as manage all relevant administrative activities
- Process ticketing requests and invoices for internal stakeholders such as Board Members, Partners and other TA departments
- Respond to customer queries, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Supervise areas & events throughout January, and provide onsite event team support as required

About you
- What you will bring to the role:_
- Previous experience with a ticketing system
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as the ability to work within a team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Sound knowledge of sporting events and of the MS Office Suite
- The ability to work autonomously and act proactively when problem solving
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
