**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is an exciting time for us, as we have created a brand-new role, Ticketing and Premium Experience Coordinator within our Events & Operations department. We’re looking for someone to provide support to the Ticketing and Premium Experience team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of events for our customers. Reporting to the Ticketing Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

- Assisting with ticket operations including event builds, inventory management, match day preparation and execution
- Liaising with venues and ticket agents as required to deliver the optimum event experience
- Assisting with pre-match and match day preparation and execution, as well as sales and attendance reporting
- Ensuring optimum efficiencies in relation to establishing, maintaining and monitoring appropriate ticketing and premium experience requirements
- Coordinating administration duties as required for Ticketing and Premium Experience team

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Previous experience within the ticketing industry, and familiarity with ticketing software (Ticketek, Aspect, PCi/TM Host &/or TM Arctics) desired, but not essential
- Enthusiastic about working to achieve win-win attendance and commercial outcomes
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as being a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Skilled administrator, passionate about providing exceptional customer service outcomes
