About you
As our Accreditation Administrator, you’ll have knowledge of education, training and assessment and previously worked within a large - scale, diverse and complex organisation where you have developed and maintained relationships in complex and sensitive stakeholder environments. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
a relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in business, administration, project coordination
strong program/project implementation experience, including independently prioritising and delivering on multiple tasks
capacity to operate in a changing environment and committed to contributing to a continuous improvement culture.
high-level written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite in a SharePoint environment.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Training Accreditation Lead, you’ll provide essential administrative support in the accreditation process for both supervisors and practices in each region, ensuring data management systems are up to date. You’ll collaborate with and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering them support and information regarding the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) at the College.
**In addition, you’ll**:
support Regional Accreditation Coordinators in the accreditation and reaccreditation processes, including backup coverage during leave.
issue correspondence and certificates of accreditation and assisting in the preparation of materials for Regional Accreditation Panel Meetings.
monitor compliance with accreditation conditions and recommendations in alignment with the RACGP framework
support the Accreditation Unit and the wider Education Services teams with information regarding progress of accreditation of practices and supervisors
assist in regular reviews and quality assurance activities of the accreditation of both supervisors and practices.
