**About the role**

The Concourse Facilities Officer will work closely with The concourse Building Supervisor and other stakeholders to ensure that The Concourse and other allocated properties and facilities are maintained and operated in an efficient and cost effective manner.

The position will be responsible for a broad range of building maintenance and facility management duties such as: supervision of maintenance contractors, car park management, minor repairs, minor cleaning duties such as the clean-up of spills and litter collection and other similar duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Related Trade Qualifications or extensive property maintenance experience
- Experience in the supervision of service contractors
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Assist in event and performance preparations including moving of furniture, set up of marquees, provision of assistance to the event/performance organisers and other such duties
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills including an ability to meet deadlines and the ability to discuss and resolve issues.
- Current NSW Class C Drivers Licence.
