**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a permanent part-time role, working 4.5 hours per day, 5 days per week. This newly created job share arrangement requires two dedicated people to work in sync so that all responsibilities of the role are carried out seamlessly throughout the morning shift (8.30am - 1.00pm) and the afternoon shift (12.30pm - 5.00pm).

The role is always varied and working with others to ensure the smooth running of the office and front-of-house on a day-to-day basis. This includes managing reception, mail room services, kitchen and meeting room maintenance, and all areas associated with facility management and running of the tenancy.
- Key accountabilities include:_
- Managing front-of-house areas including Reception, meeting rooms, kitchen, etc.
- Managing regular services to the office such as security passes, plant hire, mail services, kitchen supplies, stationery, cleaning and rubbish removal services
- Managing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the office including sourcing quotes, ensuring the work is completed, processing the invoices, and maintaining the relationship with regular contractors

**About You**
If your customer service skills are exceptional, you enjoy liaising with internal and external customers (employees at all levels, service providers, tradespeople), and are well organised with the drive to finish tasks, then we would like to hear from you

Experience working in an office environment is essential (including the use of Microsoft Office 365), and experience managing facility services will be highly regarded.
