Suncorp Group are looking for a Claims Services Officer to provide support to the Personal Injury Claims teams through the execution of business support and customer service functions.

This is a hybrid working model (2 days per week from the Barangaroo office) and is an initial contract until end of June 2024.

**What you’ll do**
- Investigate, gather and follow-up additional information to complete the lodgement for Personal Injury claims
- Prepare, proof and despatch outbound correspondence in support of claim lodgement and management
- Manage and action the requests for disclosure of claim documentation to claimants, solicitors, courts and rehab providers.
- Review risks associated with claim documentation sent externally (for relevance and within privacy regulations) to avoid breaches.
- Perform general administrative tasks as requested by the Technical Officer or Leader.
- Manage claims and policy documentation including digital indexing, exception processing, document coding, rescanning of documents and archiving requirements.
- Manage retrieval processes and re-entry of archived documents from archive provider and regulator where necessary.
- Proactively maintain knowledge and understanding of various Insurance systems, including but not limited to ClaimCenter, OnBase, Kofax, Capture.
