With their National Contact Centre located right here in the Adelaide CBD, this is your opportunity to take your career in Customer Service to new heights

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a number people to join the growing Customer Service team with positions commencing in the next few weeks.
As a Customer Service Representative you are an integral part in providing high quality customer service to Home Broadband customers through providing technical resolution and superior customer service.
You will escalate unresolved issues, ensure any outages are managed efficiently and resolve billing issues and queries liaising with sales and technical staff all the while ensuring positive customer engagement.
Rest assured you'll receive all the tools and training required for success. Experience a smooth onboarding process with a mixture of classroom time and teaming up with a buddy who'll guide you through the ropes.

This Contact Centre environment is light, bright, welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they do and the brand they represent. The Centre Manager is living proof of the progression opportunities having started in the Service team only a few years ago themselves.
**What we need from you**:
- First and foremost, we are looking for people who have a good attitude and always put the customer first
- 2 years min previous experience working in a Contact Centre or within a customer facing position is a must
- You’re proficient using and understanding new technology and using multiple systems
- Efficient time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Not afraid of taking on a difficult conversation where required and supporting customers through to a mutual resolution.
