Our Opportunity
We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Document Controller for our Water Infrastructure Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout. In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and recording technical documents including drawings and specifications- Liaising internally to coordinate document movements- Liaising with client, subcontractor document controllers and designers/ drafters- Transmitting project drawings and documents- Maintain an Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS) that supports efficient information management- Coordinate storage and archiving of project and organisational records- Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties- Maintain a central project control system, covering project team, client, vendor and third-party documentation- Reviewing, compiling, scanning and filing documentation.
How you'll connect to the role:
- Experience in a similar role preferably in an engineering or construction environment- Knowledge of contractual requirements of document flows, document control protocols and electronic document management systems- Proficient in the use of Teambinder (InEight)- Experience working with M-Files and Promapp would be an advantage- Excellent communication skills across both verbal and written mediums- Strong attention to detail- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Office and excellent computer skills- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture
