Our client is an established developer / builder with a very recognisable name in the Queensland construction scene.
This business is one of our loyal clients for 7 years who are doing projects up to $100's of millions.
Due to recent our client's recent growth and success, they are looking to appoint aDocument Controller. It is a newly created role which you will be exposed to all projects and essentially will provide the project team's document support, quality control processes and other project activities.
Role responsibilities:
- Provide high level document support for the project team
- Ensuring all documentations meet all requirements and required standard
- Conducting regular reviews and audits of project documents
- Managing, tracking, filing as well as distributing documents as required
- Act as a first point contact for any documents queries within the internal team
- Provide support with documents templates
- Facilitate and assist with documents preparation
- Any other adhoc as required
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years' of similar experience
- Previous exposure to construction is highly desirable
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and organisation
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
- Understanding of WHS requirements and Quality assurance
- Flexibility to meet changing project demands and requirements
