About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team.


Whilst you will initially be based on our Mater Hospital project, this is a long-term career opportunity with John Holland offering growth opportunities and strong pipeline of iconic projects.


What you will do:

  • Maintain projectrelated document control register, database and hard copy filing system.
  • Ensure document submissions are in accordance and compliant with the project document formats and requirements.
  • Identify, record, and communicate issues with registered documents.
  • Maintain storage and archiving of project and organizational records (electronic and hard copy)
  • Ensure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems, and procedures.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Aconex as a document management system would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of project management systems and processes
  • Experience in project environment or equivalent industry
  • Confident in liaising with various stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Records Management
