Our client, a reputable glass and security business based in Toowoomba is seeking a full-time Administration/Receptionist Officer to join their close-knit team. Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

**Main responsibilities and duties of the role**:

- Build and maintain strong sales and customer service relationships with new and existing customers
- Accurate and appropriate product selection based on customer requirements, relevant standards and specifications
- Reading of plans and taking off quantities for quoting
- Accurate and timely creation of quotations and orders
- Follow up all customer enquiries to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities in store.
- Job Scheduling
- Daily Cash handling, processing payments & operating EFTPOS machine
- High volume of data entries
- General Ad hoc duties

**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- Experience within the Glass/ Building industry (desirable)
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a busy demanding environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Advanced general computer skills is essential
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Obtain a current Qld Police Check
