We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Ozcare.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic administration environment, providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.

As the first point of contact for our service, you will be responsible for managing our reception area, answering phones, and responding to emails in a professional and efficient manner.

Your tasks will include:

  • General administrative support duties, including general reception, answering phones, and responding to emails
  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing advice and information on Ozcare's products and services
  • Preparing detailed documents
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent time management skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to work autonomously while ensuring your tasks are completed on time.

You will also need to have critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the willingness to go the extra mile to provide exceptional support to our clients and staff.

Role Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Current Police Screening Certificate, a Current Queensland drivers' licence, and a Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience.

You will also need to have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
