**Role**
As a Salesforce/Lead Acquisition Consultant, you will lead acquisition implementations and integrations across the project lifecycle. An integral part of your role will be working with internal and external stakeholders to advise on the usage and best practice of leads going into Salesforce. You will act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise staff on its growing capabilities to ultimately build a vision for their Salesforce/Marketing Cloud usage roadmap.

**This is a varied delivery role with the following responsibilities**:

- Experience in Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Advertising Studio) implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with the Salesforce Connector.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and contributing to statements of work,
- Communicate project outcomes to client-side project stakeholders,
- Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Salesforce reports,
- Experience in reporting and analysing campaign activity using Pardot reports, Marketing Analytics (desirable), and can make recommendations to the business.
- Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment and successfully meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with non-native Pardot/SF integrations (e.g. Zoom, Zapier)

This role will act as a bridge between the marketing and sales operations teams. Historically, marketing automation has been managed with the support of an agency, which they are transitioning away from. There is an internal IT team with some basic development capabilities; you will also have the support of the IT team's development agency partner.

This is an initial 3-month contract with a view to extending or converting to perm. Ideally, the client would like someone full-time but will consider four days a week, with 2-3 days a week in the office.

The budget is $80-90 per hour inc super.
