The CRM Manager uses Salesforce database analysis, website analytics, reports and research tools to provide insights that drive the communications strategy and structure for multiple marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement the CRM campaigns for Projects and programs, to engage and nurture customers through throughout the sales journey
- Manage the ongoing development and maintenance of the CRM platform and strategy
- Analyse and interpret data to provide insights and adjust campaigns and communications accordingly
- Develop and refine all lead nurture programs, automations and data/audience segmentation
- Work closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure best in class use of the CRM and analysis, be the go-to for any queries or support
- Development of reporting process for sales and marketing using Tableau to provide insights and analysis to team and wider business
- Use Helix Personas to understand client profiles and behaviour, driving insights and advising new initiatives
- Implementing initiatives to ensure we capture robust, clean and complete customer data
- Agency and stakeholder management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Exposure to complex CRM journeys and developing customised communication pieces
- Experienced with marketing automation, behaviour-based marketing and CRM tools
- Experienced in CRM system management and database analysis
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Tableau and Pardot or similar systems
