Customer Service and Data Specialist

We are seeking a part-time professional to join our team in managing customer data and orders.

This role involves collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service, meet targets, and implement efficiency tools.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Data management and pricing excellence through standards and tools adoption.
  • Working with Commercial Leaders to manage their data.
  • Ensuring quality data is in place proactively.
  • Managing local customer data and coordinating with the global Accounts team for seamless order-to-invoice processing.
  • Collaborating with the transformation lead to implement efficiency tools.
  • Processing sales orders accurately and promptly, including tracking and tracing.
  • Managing credit-related issues, reviewing, validating, and obtaining authorization for pricing claims, and handling returns.
  • Aligning with Supply Chain on stock management.

You will also handle customer service inquiries and support Sales representatives and Key Account Managers.
