What you'll be doing
In this role you'll be part of a fast-paced clinic team, providing vital admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent patient service.

  • Managing appointments and patient bookings

  • Supporting clinic operations efficiently

  • Delivering excellent customer service

  • Maintaining accurate waitlists and records

  • Assisting with Medicare billing and revenue processing

Selection Criteria:

  • Proven extensive clerical experience in a busy reception/customer service position.

  • Evidence of high level verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Expertise in computer skills, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Client/Patient Management Systems

  • Proven high level organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency.
