Overview

Senior Facilities Manager role at CBRE Asia Pacific, Melbourne, overseeing the facilities for a portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres for one key national client. This is a hybrid/flexible (hybrid) role supported by the centre management team.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services for the allocated sites, including tenant liaison and contractor management.
  • Maintain the operational management of the centres.
  • Establish policies and procedures, WHS and risk management compliance programs.
  • Manage service contractors, energy suppliers, technical consultants, and capital works contracts to ensure high levels of service performance.
  • Manage tenant/client relationships and work closely with the wider Retail PM team.
  • Ongoing maintenance management in addition to budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Regularly inspect and report on building conditions and report items accordingly.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous Operations or Facilities Management experience within a retail environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven problem solver with the capacity to work autonomously when required.
  • Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach.
  • Sound financial acumen and computer literacy.
  • A driver's licence and car are required.
