Job Description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their technical and commercial requirements are met.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow presence in infrastructure, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
  • Provide expert technical advice and solutions tailored to client needs across construction and industrial applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products, services, and support to clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support sales initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
  • 2-3 years of technical sales experience in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, mining, or oil & gas.
  • Proven ability to sell value-added products and services and influence key decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven and able to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Skilled in providing tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Holds a valid Victorian driver's licence and permanent work rights.
