As a Site Engineer, you'll report to the Project Engineer and play a key role in supporting the project team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating tasks, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the project stays on track—on time and within budget.

Key Accountabilities
  • Monitor construction progress, reporting delays and issues to senior engineers.
  • Manage and reconcile the BOQ based on construction progress.
  • Assist in final contract sum reconciliation with project engineers.
  • Report and track construction variations.
  • Verify BOQ revisions align with CWPs and the Construction Report.
  • Ensure timely delivery of completion artefacts and closure of CARs and defects.
  • Identify and communicate field issue trends to the Project Engineer.
  • Participate in Lessons Learnt and Innovation workshops.
  • Prepare material orders and manage material issuance and reconciliation.
  • Validate FSAM accruals with the Project Engineer for month-end reporting.

About You
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
  • NBN or Telco experience is a must
  • Knowledge of construction and cost management principles
  • Understanding of project environments and meeting client deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn
