Job Overview

Ventia is recruiting for a site supervisor to oversee civil and cable hauling activities on a major NBN upgrade project.

This hands-on role focuses on safety, compliance, and quality across the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site planning and scoping to align construction with plans and schedules.
  • Lead subcontractors in executing approved site works.
  • Conduct regular compliance and critical control checks.
  • Maintain plant, equipment, and vehicles per safety standards.
  • Liaise with engineers to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Perform daily site checks including permits, audits, and traffic management.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Promote innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.
About You
  • Trade qualification or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in site supervision and subcontractor management is required.
  • Prior experience in NBN or telecommunications projects is essential.
