High-Impact NBN Project Team

We are assembling a brand-new team in Canberra to plan, coordinate and deliver a cutting-edge NBN upgrade project.

This is your chance to work on a project that truly matters—bringing faster, more reliable internet to communities across Australia.

You will be part of a collaborative team environment where your ability to manage systems and processes will directly contribute to the success of the entire team.

  • Assist in preparing forecasts, financial reports and validating expenditures against budgets.
  • Support contract reconciliation with site engineers.
  • Maintain asset and equipment databases.
  • Coordinate timely stock orders to meet construction schedules.
  • Monitor and reconcile material quantities; ensure records are current.
  • Help prepare practical completion documents and upload them to a secure portal.
  • Create, manage and distribute work tickets.
  • Assist in developing and tracking construction schedules; escalate delays.
  • Use systems to monitor construction progress against bill of quantities and field records.
  • Identify variations and prepare client notifications with engineers.
  • Monitor quality, report non-conformances and support defect closeout.

Key qualifications include 2–3 years of experience in project accounting and/or administration, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills, self-motivation and strong time management and prioritization skills.
