Project Manager - NBN Upgrade

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our dynamic team in Canberra working on the NBN upgrade project.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to plan and deliver the full scope of works
  • Manage a team of engineers to ensure timely delivery and optimal profitability
  • Ensure workforce, safety, quality, and scheduling needs are met
  • Coordinate with external parties for traffic plans, council approvals, and LAAN access notices
  • Track and communicate variations and ensure timely reporting
  • Oversee construction dashboards, trackers, and completion artefacts
  • Manage stock orders and coordinate construction changes
  • Analyse KPIs and drive improvement initiatives
  • Ensure contract compliance and manage exemptions for KPI breaches

About You

We require someone with a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field) and prior experience on NBN projects. Strong leadership, financial, and commercial acumen is also essential.
