Freight Forwarder Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced freight forwarder to coordinate import shipments, manage LCL & FCL Shipments, track vessels, liaise with shipping lines and consolidators, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate import shipments with overseas partners and service providers.
  • Manage Less than Container Load (LCL) and Full Container Load (FCL) shipments efficiently.
  • Track vessel movements, communicate with shipping lines, and consolidate arrival notices.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on inbound shipments.
  • Coordinate cartage services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Liaise with customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance of goods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of international freight forwarding experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
