The opportunity

The Transport Coordinator supports the Transport Manager in ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely delivery of our full product range. This role is responsible for managing load schedules, staging loads for carriers and maintaining compliance with all relevant industry regulations

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate safe and efficient yard operations, including vehicle load staging, storage management, and movement of vans in and out of the facility
  • Liaise daily with transport contractors to manage and schedule interstate deliveries across Australia
  • Raise and manage daily purchase orders for transport services, ensuring cost control and service compliance
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate, real-time inventory records
  • Investigate and report incidents, suggest improvements
  • Follow process for damage claims from the dealer network
  • Work closely with internal departments to align transport logistics for marketing campaigns, nationwide events, warranty returns, and intercompany vehicle transfers

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate

  • A current forklift licence and full driver's licence
  • Extensive hands-on experience operating forklifts to safely load, unload and maneuver high-value assets with precision and care
  • Proven ability to maintain organisation and solve problems in fast-paced environments
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel, WMS's highly regarded
  • Background in logistics, transport coordination and yard operations highly regarded
  • Committed to safety with a proactive attitude toward continuous process improvement
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Capable of performing under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
