About Our School

St Augustine's College provides a robust P-12 Catholic education in the Augustinian tradition. Located in Augustine Heights, we are an inclusive, Catholic College offering a rounded education that supports the growth of each student. Celebrating the Augustinian core values of Unity, Love and Truth, we provide a nurturing coeducational experience that allows students and families to journey from Prep through to Year 12. Students are supported to explore their full potential as learners, and this is complemented by a rich program of cocurricular offerings. Located in the western corridor between Brisbane and Ipswich, the College is easily accessed via the Centenary and Logan Motorways with buses available for students from surrounding areas. Summary

As a key member of the school leadership team, you will play an essential role in decision-making, offering valuable insights to enhance services that support the smooth operation of the school.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure school operations and outcomes are achieved
  • Providing strategic advice to stakeholders on the financial implications and budgetary impacts of operational projects, including the identification of risks and future opportunities
  • Participating in leadership decisions to improve school efficiencies and develop systems in line with legislative requirements and school policy and procedures
  • Leading, coaching and providing ongoing professional development and instruction to administration staff to improve systems and practices
  • Promoting and implementing various initiatives, to increase engagement and highlight student pathways
  • Provide high-level executive support to the Principal, including calendar and meeting management, correspondence, and stakeholder engagement
  • Act as a key liaison between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication on school matters
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information at all times, in line with school policies and professional standards
  • Monitor office workflows and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality

  • Championing and rolling out initiatives that boost engagement and foster a vibrant school community
  • For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
