Why this role matters

You'll be central to delivering high-quality residential outcomes, producing designs that are compliant, buildable and focused on liveability and sustainability.

What you'll do
  • Prepare DA, CDC and CC documentation for residential developments
  • Coordinate with consultants, sales, construction, estimating and procurement teams
  • Ensure all work aligns with planning regulations, building codes and internal quality standards
  • Apply innovative and practical design principles across a variety of housing types
  • Contribute to internal design reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives
What you bring

Must-haves:

  • At least 5 years' experience in residential design
  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Building Design
  • Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Sound knowledge of NSW planning legislation and building codes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
