Zenviron is seeking a qualified and experienced Scheduler to support the delivery of a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and Wind Farm projects in NSW, VIC and QLD.
This Newcastle office-based role offers the opportunity to contribute to Australia's renewable energy future within a collaborative and high-performing team.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
* Optimise timelines to meet project objectives and minimise risk.
* Support cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Monitor progress and manage Earned Value data.
* Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure accurate planning.
What you will bring:
* Proven experience with Primavera P6 (essential).
* BESS or related energy infrastructure experience highly desirable.
* Background in construction, substations, or powerlines advantageous.
* Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain a safe working environment.
* Proof of Right to work in Australia.
To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement. Through utilising your time management skills you will have the ability to manage multiple aspects of work concurrently, and for this we offer an attractive remuneration package.
