We're looking for an experienced Senior Customer Support Specialist to handle our most complex support cases, mentor a growing team, and help shape the future of our customer experience. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to solve challenging issues, improve processes, and keep our support world-class.

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years in customer support (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong technical background, including integrations & API troubleshooting
  • Experience with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, and Jira
  • Passion for mentoring and improving team performance
