We are looking for a Customer Support (Superannuation) Specialist to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to superannuation members, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers across other products such as managed investments (Spaceship Voyager) and US Investing services.
  • Understand superannuation regulations and processes thoroughly.
  • Empathize with a diverse customer base, from experienced investors to first-time superannuation users.
What You Will Need:
  • Strong knowledge of superannuation regulations.
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills.
  • Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries confidently.
