Senior Recruitment Consultant | GTM | SaaS

We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join a growing fintech specialising in innovative working capital and payment solutions for Australian businesses.

In this newly created role, you'll be responsible for converting SME customers from within major national partnerships (e.g. large franchise groups, co-ops, and supplier networks) into long-term clients. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and pitching through to onboarding, while building strong relationships with partner executives and customer decision-makers.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a high-value SME customer pipeline from key strategic partners
• Driving revenue through consultative sales and tailored financial solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
• Representing the business at partner meetings and select industry events

About you:

• Experience in cashflow finance, payments, or loyalty programs (advantageous)
• Strong relationship builder with excellent influencing skills
• Resilient, target-driven, and confident presenting value propositions
• Comfortable handling high volumes of new customers while maintaining accuracy
