WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

We're seeking dedicated Sales Consultants to join our teams in both Avalon and Paddington locations. You'll help deliver positive and memorable customer experiences from our showrooms.

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting with showroom daily setup, merchandising stock, and ensuring stock remains clean and well presented.
  • Maintaining stock levels and topping up stock from excess or sold items.
  • Keeping the showroom and studio looking presentable and clean.
  • Front of house retail duties – assisting walk-in clientele, helping appointment clients with refreshments, and guiding them to their room.
  • Providing a nurturing and positive retail experience for all clients from start to finish, creating a relaxed environment, offering beverages, providing product information, selling in a natural, client-paced manner, and ensuring packaging and transactions are handled with care.
  • Answering telephone calls and receiving parcels.
  • Checking the calendar daily to understand expected appointments and pick-ups; booking appointments as required and updating the studio calendar. Preparing showroom and consultation rooms for appointments and assisting with bespoke consultations by pulling product if needed.
  • Packing away showroom stock at end of day and assisting with security and daily closure.
To be successful in this role, you will possess
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Retail experience preferred; industry-relative experience preferred.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends as required.
  • Part-time and casual positions available.
