The Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Fitness Factory Health Clubs.

Are you a fun, creative and organised marketing guru? Someone who can lead the way in marketing and branding our company across our three locations - Prospect, Lightsview and Mount Barker. Your efforts would directly relate to the growth of membership sales whilst maintaining strong brand positioning online. Experience and a passion for health and fitness industry is highly desirable

Position Overview:

As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and growing our digital presence across all platforms. From social media to website management, email marketing, and graphic design, this role is integral to promoting Fitness Factory Health Clubs brand, increasing member engagement, and driving sales. You will collaborate closely with our Videographer and Content Creator and internal teams to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with our mission and values.

You'll be based at our brand new Prospect location, and have the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create and manage designs for sales posters, promotions, social media content, digital marketing materials, and branded merchandise.
  • Website & SEO: Maintain and update our WIX-based website, manage SEO, and create a blog focused on health and fitness topics.
  • Email Marketing: Design and manage email and nurture campaigns using Mailchimp for current and potential members.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on increasing engagement and brand awareness.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Create and manage paid social media and Google Ad campaigns, ensuring they are within budget and meet company goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Creator and club managers to brainstorm, plan, and execute marketing content.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record for growing a brand
  • Proficient in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Illustrator) and photo/video editing.
  • Experience managing websites (preferably WIX) and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and how to create engaging content.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organised, and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Enthusiastic about health, fitness, and helping our brand grow.
  • Content Creation skills are an added bonus
