About The RoleAs Moco's Safety Coordinator, you'll play a key part in ensuring our people are safe, supported, and empowered every day. You'll manage injury reporting, work cover, and return-to-work programs with empathy and professionalism, ensuring employees get the care and guidance they need. You'll assist in creating and rolling out safety training that builds confidence and keeps safety front of mind for every team member. You'll be visible, approachable, and proactive, strengthening Moco's culture of care and responsibility.

Skills, Experience & Attributes- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- Empathetic communicator with a people-first approach
- Understanding of workers' compensation and return-to-work processes
- Experience in injury management or safety administration
- Confidence in coordinating training and compliance activities
- Tech-savvy with good system and reporting skills
- Work within Moco's brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Wacol, with plenty of on-site parking available
