About The Role

The HP4 Senior Health Practitioner: Medication Safety Standard Coordinator supports process development for safe medication practices across West Moreton Health.

The NG7 Clinical Nurse Consultant: Medication Safety Standard Coordinator is accountable for high-level practice and supports medication safety initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine-preventable diseases as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
