Be the vital link between safety systems and people – supporting injury recovery, return to work, and safety training across Moco.

About The Role

As Moco's Safety Coordinator, you'll play a key part in ensuring our people are safe, supported, and empowered every day. You'll manage injury reporting, work cover, and return-to-work programs with empathy and professionalism, ensuring employees get the care and guidance they need. You'll assist in creating and rolling out safety training that builds confidence and keeps safety front of mind for every team member. You'll be visible, approachable, and proactive, strengthening Moco's culture of care and responsibility.

You thrive on building strong relationships and supporting others through both challenges and growth. With an eye for detail and a hands-on approach, you'll bring confidence to employees, managers, and external partners alike, helping Moco deliver on its commitment to a safe and supportive workplace.

Skills, Experience & Attributes
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
  • Empathetic communicator with a people-first approach
  • Understanding of workers' compensation and return-to-work processes
  • Experience in injury management or safety administration
  • Confidence in coordinating training and compliance activities
  • Tech-savvy with good system and reporting skills
