
HSE & Training Coordinator

The HSE & Training Coordinator strengthens safety culture, develops people, and influences across the organisation. This role focuses on implementing HSE policies aligned with ISO 45001 and delivering training across multiple sites.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies aligned with ISO 45001 and industry best practice.
- Partner with stakeholders to set and achieve meaningful HSE and training objectives.
- Champion consistency and compliance across operations while promoting a proactive safety-first culture.
- Deliver engaging training programs that enhance knowledge, capability, and ownership.
- Investigate incidents, manage risks, and continuously improve systems and processes.
- Play a pivotal role in MTi GROUP's ISO 45001 reaccreditation process.
We\'re seeking someone who thrives on leading and positively influencing others. You\'ll be a confident communicator, and able to connect with people at all levels of the business.
You Will Bring- Experience in HSE and training roles, ideally across multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of WHS/OHS legislation and safety systems.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders.
- Formal qualifications in Work Health & Safety.
- A proactive mindset, adaptability, and the drive to achieve results.
