We are is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our HSE, Quality, Training and HR team. This role is responsible for coordinating, developing, and delivering training programs across our national workforce and ensuring employees have the skills and compliance required to perform effectively.

What You'll Do
  • Develop, maintain and administer the company's Training Framework, including Training Registers, Capability Skills Matrix, and Training Needs Analysis.
  • Manage employee training records, scheduling, and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate internal and external training activities.
  • Develop and review training materials, including online modules and resources.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions.
  • Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Provide regular reports to management on training activities and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with training-related legislation, regulations and codes of practice
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a training coordination role, ideally within an industrial environment.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher).
  • Strong ability to deliver training with clear and concise instructions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint development).
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with managers and teams
