We are seeking an experienced HSE professional who can lead and support the development of health, safety and environmental initiatives across various sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, identifying strategic risk improvement opportunities, and implementing effective solutions to drive compliance and sustainability.

As part of this role, you will support branches in their improvement plans, review hazard identification and risk assessments, and provide training and guidance on Cummins systems and processes. You will also work closely with site leaders and teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Lead and support the development of health, safety and environmental initiatives across various sites.

  • Minimal management experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, potentially at short notice, across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.
