Property Lease Management Expert

The Lease Administration function plays a pivotal role in the management of property assets, encompassing leasing, lease administration, and disposal.
This position requires an experienced professional to provide proactive management of lease agreements and relevant documents associated with development projects, shopping centers, and general properties.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure legal compliance of standardized leasing documents.
- Manage the lifecycle of lease documentation, from drafting offers and disclosure statements to issuing instructions, reviewing legal drafts, negotiating terms, and ensuring full execution and implementation.
- Foster close working relationships with asset management, property development, corporate legal, and other support areas.
This role reports directly to the National Asset Manager and works closely with the National Project Leasing Manager and Asset Manager. If you have a passion for property management, we would love to hear from you
