About the Role:

We are looking for a HelpdeskSupport Consultant to work with a like-minded team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills in asupportive environment, with opportunities to expand your expertise acrossvarious IT disciplines like networking, security, and Microsoft 365administration.

The applicant should be able to demonstrate the followingqualities:

  • Solidunderstanding of cloud and onsite IT Support

The role is permanent full time with an immediate start.

Customer RelationshipPersonal EvolutionAutonomyAdministrative WorkTechnical ExpertiseResponsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolvetechnical issues
  • Escalate complexissues to Level 2/3
  • Assist inonboarding/offboarding users
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation
Must Have
  • Applicants must hold the right to work in Australia
  • Australian driver's licence and vehicle
  • ICT Qualification
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Customer Service Experience is desirable
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solution
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with remote support tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud products
  • Experience Google Suite
